Animal Care Attendant
Morgan joined our Maplebrook family in August of 2022!
Morgan grew up in White Bear Lake and is currently attending Dakota County Technical College, where she is working towards her Animal Science degree.
At home, Morgan cares for a variety of pets, including her pittie Zhu Zhu, Kylo the Holland Lop rabbit, hamster Cheesecurd, and an African Fat-Tailed Gecko named Moose. Her human family consists of her Mom and Dad, and younger sister.
When she isn’t busy taking care of her crew of critters, Morgan has a wide range of interests, such as reading, crocheting, hiking, baking and gardening.
Growing up near the woods, Morgan was always bringing home injured wildlife (much to her mother’s dismay). Ever since, she has been passionate about learning how to help animals in need, and became fascinated with the veterinary field. Morgan is excited to learn even more about animal health and veterinary medicine.
FUN FACT: Due to a medical condition, Morgan has less teeth than the average person – how’s that for something to chew on!
